pvasr output does not redirect to file

Other commands like dbl, dbgrep or pval would redirect to file using ">" syntax. I was trying to use pvasr 2 > file.log, it creates the file but doesn't redirect the output.

The same is true of the (less likely to be run) startPVAServer and stopPVAServer. In each case it looks like we directly use std::cout instead of epicsGetStdout

I think that this is fixed in pvxs, since pvxsr uses printf instead of std::cout directly. @mdavidsaver ?

It should be, and would be a bug in PVXS as well.

As a note, there is an overload ServerContextImpl::printInfo(ostream& str, int lvl). So creating a std::streambuf which flushes to errlogPrintf() would be one possible resolution.
