[FEATURE] Support for 15-minute prices

I do not find a way to access the 15-minute price data at the moment. It should support the API as described here: https://developer.tibber.com/docs/changelog

I would like to pass along the requested data resolution somewhere when calling account.update()

Just make the QUARTER_HOURLY the default resolution

Added a new method on the Subscription class to fetch quarterly price info in version 0.7.0. I'm planning a refactor soon in which the rest of the API capabilities will be incorporated too, but hopefully this new method should suffice!

Thanks for this new feature! I am somehow unable to get the 15 minute price after the current hour, that is, I cannot get the price for the rest of today or for tomorrow (when tomorrows prices are available). My old method of getting hourly prices still returns the future prices as well (calling tibber.py from julia)

@baggepinnen Are you using the subscription.fetch_price_info_range method? I haven't implemented the subscription.price_info() method yet that exists on the API, since this required a slightly larger change in models etc.

If the fetch_price_info_range suffices for now, I would like to refactor the code sometime soon when I have a bit more time.
