Bug description

The release notes of 1.0.0-beta0 currently mention:

Please refer to the documentation to see which APIs are marked as unstable.

I feel "the documentation" could be a link to here. Perhaps one has shied away from using links because they are MCU type specific. However, it would be pleasant for the users, to get a starting place.

This may be connected with #3252 . When upgrading, I noticed that delay was no longer there and it took some time to find (I think a Matrix discussion) that mentions it's always been unstable. Did not know.

Anyhow. I think adding the one link would be helpful. Since I don't know how to suggest edits to the release notes, I created an issue.

To Reproduce

Visit the release notes.

Expected behavior

It's easy for a visitor to find, which modules are unstable.

Environment

Documentation; n/a
