Motivations

The rtc_cntl::wakeup_cause() currently always returns Undefined if the chip was not reset due to a deep sleep.
In idf they use a static variable to check whether a ligh-sleep has ocurred and they allow to get the wakeup_cause.

Solution

Allow us to retrieve the wakeup_cause after a light sleep.
