Description

I tried to run the BLE server samples and found that although they worked they can never be discovered by the BLE clients (mobile phone nor PC). I attempted to set setScanResponse(true) but this seemed to have no effect on my ESP32C3. The BLE server sample works okay and I can only see the device in nRFConnect but on phone or Windows, I cannot see the Bluetooth device appearing in the list.
