Bluetooth 'smart scan' module #489
Description
Normal scanning for advertising takes a lot of power. It would be helpful to have a module which:
- Took a list of addresses to scan for
- Did a long-ish (5s?) scan and found those devices, and their scan intervals
- Started scanning only for a few milliseconds around the time the advertising packet was expected
- Maybe had some fallback to the long scan if devices disappeared
It'd be a great way of doing many-to-one without killing the battery
