Changelog for content

I would love as a user to have a page where can see the latest major changes on the site.

Idea

Something like the GH Releases but for eth.org readers.

A new page where you have:

• Latest important changes on the site
• New pages added to the site

Potential approaches

Perhaps we could automatically consume from the GH releases API and filter out the content-related changes ¯_(ツ)_/¯ not ideal but could serve as an initial version.

Other thoughts

Maybe its not worth it since we would need to maintain it (unless we find a good automatic way of creating it).

Also, probably this is only useful to a minority type of users. Users who are already familiar with the content and want to keep updated on the latest changes.
