It seems the bot isn't properly returning status code to Workplace, as it keeps sending the same messages again and again. Need to handle status codes better.

Added a quick and dirty fix for the problem, confirms that it needs to return HTTP 200 OK to ensure that the sender only sends the message once. But still feels flaky. :)
