deprecation for Symfony 7.4

Since symfony/validator 7.4: Support for evaluating options in the base Constraint class is deprecated. Initialize properties in the constructor of EWZ\Bundle\RecaptchaBundle\Validator\Constraints\IsTrue instead.

I'm not sure, but I think this is not addressed in the PR connected to #314

I don't think this is an issue, at least not now.

The custom parameters defined by this bundle ("message" and "invalidHostMessage") are already handled as separate fields, so the array of options doesn't seem to be used.

The updated definition of Symfony\Component\Validator\Constraint::__construct() still accepts the old initial $options argument. It simply doesn't use it anymore. So it should be safe to continue passing an empty array for that argument. It makes it easier to be compatible with both old and new Symfony versions at the same time.

But maybe I'm missing something 😄
