Clipper Changes

• Fix yt_dlp alternative not being used even when set using --youtube-dl-alternative yt_dlp or -ytda yt_dlp.
• Update yt_dlp dependency from v2021.09.26 to v2021.10.10.
  • Includes some fixes to downloading YouTube video information.

  • Note: You can set --youtube-dl-alternative yt_dlp to be used by default inside the default_args.txt file included in the clipper script folder.
