Rework header to take less space and include more information

When we are on the demos/home/team pages the header has no search bar and can have the release tag there.

When we are in the api docs pages, there is a search bar and too little space

In the api mode, change the HeaderWithSearchBar component to hide some items, like resources and team

In the standard website mode, use the release tag in place of the search bar

In mobile mode there should space always on top to have the logo and the release tag.

Also investigate the weird menu wrapping at certain screen size

In astro docs dark mode fix the colors of the logo and height
