Bug: Account Admin Lock / Positive Balance but User is Locked #1072

My account was locked due to a low balance. I have since topped up with a $10 payment, and my developer dashboard successfully reflects the positive credit balance.

However, my account remains under an administrative lock. Testing direct requests via Postman returns: "User is locked. Reason: Exhausted balance."

Could an admin please manually trigger an account unlock or refresh my status?
