[TRACKING] Breaking changes in Falco 0.41.0

This issue keeps track of all deprecated Falco features that will be removed in Falco 0.41.0:

• Dropped container metadata management from within libs; now provided by a plugin that WILL be shipped together with Falco for now (to avoid breaking changes): wip: new(build,userspace): switch to use container plugin #3482; the plugin will be donated to falcosecurity before 0.41.0: Donate container plugin to plugins repo plugins#636
  • Related metrics: falcosecurity_scap_n_containers and falcosecurity_scap_n_missing_container_images will be updated to use falcosecurity_plugins_ prefix: https://github.com/falcosecurity/falco/blob/master/userspace/falco/falco_metrics.cpp#L309
• Drop -S / --snaplen, -A, -b CLI flags: cleanup(userspace/falco): drop deprecated in 0.40.0 CLI flags. #3496
