Deploy to Azure fails - Website with given name already exists #222

When deploying to azure its fails at creating Website stating the name already exists.

Submitting Deployment
Deployment Started
Creating Web Hosting Plan
Creating Website
Deployment Failed (View Error) => Deployment Error - Website with given name Beta already exists.

Tested different names but it gets stuck at this step.

I have the same problem. Using Azure CLI. Checked with the Dashboard, no app exists with the name I am using.
