Ruby versions supported

On docs.fastlane.tools, it says that Ruby 2.5 or newer is supported. We are using Ruby 3.1.2 (haven't updated since it is working). We recently got a message that says:

WARNING: Support for your Ruby version (3.1.2) is going away. fastlane will soon require Ruby 3.2.0 or newer.

What Ruby version should we use?

Anything over 3.2 should be fine as the message says. Trying to slowly work towards following the EOL versions of Ruby as keeping such old Ruby versions supported as hampered our ability to evolve.
