docs(site): bump JSON-LD softwareVersion to 0.10.0

The Pages site's structured-data softwareVersion was the one version site
missed in the v0.10.0 release (it still read 0.9.0). Website-metadata fix
served from main/docs; no re-tag (the released v0.10.0 tag stays put).
