remove unused options.. .like job type = SPIM

input data location: demonstration data and job subdir (or canm the later be somehow activated?)

the popup desc in the only active field "input data location" is saying something about .yml files... remove this obsolete texts

when Configured and one hits upload button, shouldn't the state be uploaded (stays as Configured currently)

The input data location popup (tooltip) will now change according to the job type that is currently selected.
This fix will be included in the next release.

The unused options are available with the use of the Middle-ware option of the parallel paradigm.
They are disabled when using the SSH option of the parallel paradigm.
They are still there to remind the user of this possibility.

There is no uploaded state currently the states available are:

• Unknown,
• Configuring,
• Submitted,
• Queued,
• Running,
• Finished,
• Failed,
• Canceled,
• Disposed
