Bug: Files freezes when previewing a `.css` file in preview pane

Description

When the preview pane is enabled, selecting certain .css files (github.css) causes Files to freeze and become unresponsive. The application must be force closed. Not all .css files cause this. The .css file should be previewed normally in the preview pane, but Files freezes instead and becomes unresponsive. I have to force close the application. I told a mod about this and he confirmed he was able to reproduce the issue. He told me there is no error message shown, and that if the application is left running for about 1–2 minutes, the preview sometimes eventually appears.

Steps To Reproduce

1. Enable the Preview pane in Files.
2. Download the attached file github.css.
3. Select github.css in Files with the Preview pane enabled.

Which program do you have associated with css files?

System's default Notepad. Tried switching to Typora, but nothing changed: preview pane seemed to use the same preview application it already used.

Vscode also has this issue with just the uploaded file
