Compilation leads to an error #15

Hello,
I am trying to have compilation working with some "custom" url rewrites.
After some researches, I understood that some urls of my pages are maybe matching two different routers. Therefore, __default.php and __catalog.php of the includes folder are loaded.
The incriminated urls are looking like /1stcat/2ndcat/attributefilter.html I imagine it can match /module/controller/action/ as well as the pattern my SEO colleague would like to have working. This thing works well without compilation but for performance reasons, we would like to have compilation working.
I am not sure that all the diagnosis I made is correct. I am not a newbie to magento but I am not familiar with compilation process and its behaviour.
I understand that I change the way the module is working but maybe someone can help.
