Screen Shrinks When Taking Screenshot on Windows 10

Description

I'm experiencing an issue with Flameshot on Windows 10. Whenever I initiate a screenshot, the entire desktop view appears to shrink slightly, which results in a blurry or scaled-down appearance of the screen. This makes the captured screenshots less clear and affects the overall usability.

I have this exact issue on windows 11. I downgraded to v12.1.0 for the meantime and it works

Same here on Linux with X11 on a High-DPI monitor with fractional scaling set to 125% (Linux Mint 22.2 with Cinnamon) and latest version of Flameshot v13.1.0 (as Flatpak).

After downgrade to v13 (Flathub commit ID d5fb2b6b8492ee47d35d8f87c27da3de184ff03a6f1b86335fa1f7c740965d20) taking screenshots using fractional scaling worked again immediately as expected without configuration change or reboot.
