How to distribute the Windows application?

I managed to make a build for Windows that generates a folder with many files, as below:

Do I have to distribute the entire folder?
How to install on another machine?
Can I search for the application in the start menu?

I saw that there is still a bit of instability, sometimes the program doesn't open and when it opens, before resizing the application, it sometimes gets a white screen.
