flet build windows issues

Im trying to build .exe file for windows using flet build windows. But there is issues with damned android toolchain and android studio:

why I need all that android stuff if Im not interested in apk files?
Can someone help me with that please?

Your need to make sure the requirements file is encoded in the right format (utf8).
