You can use softwares like Inno Setup for that.

I just thought it would be easier for beginners. For example briefcase/toga also does this.

Inno is great.. but another issue that I have is in creating a .msix.

Currently, the workflow is as follows:

• Create an .exe
• Create an installer via Inno
• Cumbersome processes involving a VM and the MSIX Packaging Tool (technically possible without a VM).

I haven't fully researched this, but I believe that Flutter can utilise (presumably) the Visual Studio method of creating an .msix:

Is there any way that this could be incorporated into Flet? Especially given that Msft are keen on devs using .msix in the future.

Also, if you're using Windows, I've had experience with using NSIS (Nullsoft Scriptable Install System) installer. It's pretty good.
