The finished program does not start

Hello everyone! I had a small problem with the finished program and launching.

I took the code from here https://flet.dev/docs/tutorials/python-todo
I compiled the program on Windows, I launch it directly from the root folder where it was saved, but instead of the program, something incomprehensible pops up) Attached a screenshot.

And if you rename this folder, the program does not even start...
Who knows what to do?
