Can't switch accounts manually

I don't know how this program works but when only having a single account enabled, force mode enabled for that account, clicking "Sync auth.json," and clicking "Use on device," auth.json is still not updated and opencode doesn't switch logins.

Thanks for reporting this. Please add your plugin version, OpenCode version, operating system, install method, exact command/action, expected result, and redacted logs. Do not include email addresses, tokens, cookies, or account IDs. With those details I can reproduce and turn this into a focused fix.
