Surrogate pairs support in fluentbit

I'm using chart version 0.48.9 which doesn't seems to have support for surrogate pairs. This seems to be resolved in Fluent Bit v4.0.0.

When new chart will be available with this support?

The chart lets you override the image version used, it just provides a default - you can specify it though if you want to use a more recent version. Is there anything specifically to add to the chart itself?

Note this is OSS as well so if you want to update something then please submit a PR.
