[Bug] Window outline flash on start

Describe the bug
Randomly, sometimes when starting the application, a flash of window outline will appear in the top left corner of the screen. I am using the latest version of Windows 11.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Start and close the app repeatedly until you see the window flash

Expected behaviour
This shouldn't appear.

Additional Context
This bug also happens with my own Jai program, that uses Simp too but not Window_Creation - I create the window myself.

Can't reproduce. Are you using a version of the editor you compiled yourself?
Does the issue happen on the release exe from Github or the latest nightly?

I'm using the release exe from Github, 0.3.8. This issue happens something like every 1 in 20 times.
