Make session state mails translatable

Make session state mails translatable. Show different language options by adding a dropdown on the frontend for the organizer to choose the language to notify speakers. Add translations of speaker emails to backend. Open the relevant issue in backend repo.

hello these, what exactly is feature you are requesting for, I want a little guidance so that I can work on it.

The goal is to have an event with some speakers and sessions. There, you will see a notify mail button. Click on that and you will see different mails for different states eg. Accepted/Pending etc. So, you need to implement a dropdown of languages, that the owner/co-organizer will choose from to send the mail to the speaker.
But before that make the session state mails translatable in the server
