Fix Duplicate Student Creation

In our current add student form, it's possible for user to create duplicate students by simply clicking the submit button twice.

Need to ensure we have both client side tweak and enforce this on server side.

Hey @user512. Hoping to get into this project and maybe tackling this as my first bug. I finally got the project built on my local machine (along with the database).

Can we further define "duplicate student?" I imagine a student is a duplicate if they have the same FCC user name. What about the same email address? The same first name and last name?

Let's not work on this issue yet. Ideally, we will have a better definition of this bug after we introduce a user authentication system since two teachers could be teaching the same student.
