Add art category "Feral" in Commissions Directory #59

There is "Anthro" art category but not "Feral" art category on Commissions Directory page (https://furbooru.org/commissions)
Describe the solution you'd like
Art category "Feral" should be added. Most furry art is anthro anyway.
Right now it looks like that:
