Make "single" page self-referential #515
Description
- That page is, currently, essentially a concatenation of all the individual pages; this means that all links still point to the individual pages!
- Note that there is a problem regarding anchors: some pages have identically-named sections, and therefore their anchors will clash in the "single" page. This should be corrected, but requires adjusting all
idattributes, not justhrefs.
