site.yml / main.yml

Does it matter how the entry-file is called? Because the ansible docs say "site.yml" but here you use a "main.yml".
Is there a difference or is it really just a name, not a keyword?

I always use "main.yml", it's a convention that holds over from working on a zillion roles and playbooks. Some people use "site.yml" for the main entrypoint, but I don't. Simple as that.
