Test a K8s upgrade

I would like to test two upgrade scenarios:

1. Upgrading master and all nodes a minor revision (e.g. 1.15.0 to 1.15.1)
2. Upgrading master and all nodes a major revision (e.g. 1.15 to 1.16)

Seems like for the latter, there are guides for kubeadm upgrade.
