Stories --> Examples

I think that "stories" was originally chosen so that it would be distinct from the SimPEG Examples, which are demonstrations of how to use the code. Under the new umbrella of geosci, and being a resource for numerical geophysics, I think that the title "Examples" perhaps is more descriptive for simulations and / or inversions with explanations. Thoughts? cc @rowanc1, @sgkang

Or Case Studies perhaps?
They are a bit more involved than a lot of the examples that we have, for example, on the simpeg side of things.

I guess my hesitation with "Case Studies" is that to me, I first assume that a case study has data, whereas we will be primarily using synthetics. That association might just be me, though.

@sgkang : what would your preference be?
