Improve Railway's template

Hey, Railway fan here. It's possible to remove one step from the instructions by adding a PORT environment variable to Railway's template. Railway will respect the PORT environment variable and use it for the public domain.

Also, does Convex provide any sort of healthcheck endpoint? That would also be a nice addition to the template.
