`use node` doesn't work on Windows

As Convex requested, I installed Node 18 with nvm, and set it up (tried in Git Bash and Windows CMD), but as soon as such an action is called I get this

Thx for the report. We've had other windows related ones like #140

How are you setting up Convex? Can you link to instructions you're following, or give some commands that you are using so we can repro?

To unblock you - it's going to be a lot more likely to work on WSL

I simply used npx convex dev in my project using 1.25.4, used local development and the default db name.

When it asked for Node 18, I then installed nvm and Node via

winget install CoreyButler.NVMforWindows
node install 18
node use 18
npx convex dev

And yeah, I've now switched to running the backend in WSL, but that's not a permanent solution
