Show the webcam preview as an always-visible on-screen overlay while recording

Feature request

When the webcam is enabled, please show the camera preview as a floating, always-visible overlay on the desktop before and during recording, similar to Screen Studio.

Proposed behavior

• Show the webcam bubble automatically when webcam recording is enabled.
• Keep it visible by default during recording, with an option to hide it.
• Remember the previous enabled/disabled state for future recordings.
• Allow the bubble to be dragged and resized, and make its framing and shape match the final exported video.
• If the final video composites the webcam separately, exclude the live preview window from screen capture to prevent it from appearing twice.

Why this would help

A persistent live preview makes it easy to confirm that the camera is active, check framing, and maintain eye contact while presenting.
