Add the ability to create an Inbound Filter based on the content of breadcrumbs

Problem Statement

We would benefit from the ability to create an Inbound Filter based on the content of breadcrumbs.

Unfortunately with a crash like this:

we can only really filter on the bread-crumb content (“STL: License Error: 0 Incorrect host version”).

Any other type of Inbound Filtering results in unrelated defects being filtered.
