Any chance we can replace chunkhound with SocratiCode and get more predicatable/better results in calling?

Before we used chunkhound for indexing and looking to replace it with SocratiCode - indexing + knowledgebase. Any experience with chunkhound? Does they have parity in features? What we want in general: 1) more often tools call, chunkhound is not calling too often by agents) and 2) cross-projects knowledgebase.
