Checking in on maintenance, package publishing etc

I'm one of the backup maintainers in https://github.com/giraffe-fsharp, along with @dbrattli , @dustinmoris and @nojaf

I just wanted to check things are going OK with regard to maintenance here and in other repos in that org. Are policies in place, can you publish necesssary package updates, do you feel you're getting the support you need, etc.

I'd also like to check about package publishing rights for Giraffe packages on https://nuget.org. I'm only seeing @dustinmoris as publishing owner on https://www.nuget.org/packages/Giraffe and most other Giraffe packages, with @Zaid-Ajaj also holding some. I'd propose that we ask Dustin to also assign "fsprojects" as an owner on all the Giraffe* packages "fsprojects" is used as backup package owner in most packages from https://github.com/fsprojects with details held by @sergey_tihon and myself and it seems to make sense to make use of that. Alternatively we can create a new "giraffe" account.

My impression (from receiving email notifications about all activity in the Giraffe repos) that things are being well maintained, for which I am very grateful and happy, but curious to hear what others think :)

From my perspective, things are fine.
@mrtz-j is helping a lot by maintaining https://github.com/giraffe-fsharp/Giraffe.OpenApi.
Please let me know if you have any suggestions or improvement ideas!

Hi @dsyme, I'm trying to maintain Giraffe.OpenApi, but it could certainly use more attention.

I also periodically check PRs on Giraffe. I'll see if I can find time at "work" to work on Giraffe, since we're using both heavily :)
