git credential manager does not support security key

### Feature description

Git credential manager does not support USB security keys (in my case yubikeys). I cannot log in to Visual Studio Code due to corporate policy. The supported way is using a USB security key, which git credential manager does not support. 
Any assistance would be appreciated.
