Printing pages with external links is a mess! #598

I just started using this theme and love everything about it, except this. When I print a page with an external link, the printout shows the link (globe) icon repeating on top of the link. It totally destroys the readability of the link.
Steps to reproduce
- Create a page containing an external link.
- Print that page and view the link.
Expected behavior: [What you expected to happen]
I expected to see the link icon printed one time in front of the link, followed by the link itself.
Actual behavior: [What actually happened]
The link icon displays on the printout repeating across the full link.
