Dear Gitpod Support Team,
I urgently need assistance with a critical issue regarding my account and payment.
Urgent Situation:
My important project code will be automatically deleted in 3 days, and I need immediate access to my CORE subscription to prevent this loss.
Issue Details:

Account Email: [email protected]
Payment Date: October 16, 2025
Amount Paid: US$20.00
Transaction: Gitpod CORE subscription
Problem: Payment was successfully charged to my bank account, but my Gitpod account was NOT upgraded to CORE subscription

What I Need:
I have already paid for the CORE subscription, so I need one of the following solutions immediately:

Preferred Solution: Manually activate my CORE subscription since payment was received
Alternative: Process a refund and allow me to re-subscribe properly
Emergency Request: Temporarily extend my workspace retention so my code is not deleted while this is resolved

Time Sensitivity:
This is extremely urgent as my work will be lost in 3 days. I need a response and resolution within 24 hours.
