Proposed Functionality

SmartDashboard button which runs a command that goes through all basic functionality of the robot as a basic system test of the robot. Need to write documentation that says exactly what the command should do so that we can identify irregularities.

Suggested Implementation

SequentialCommandGroup with most commonly used/basic commands.
