Add some description about the /dev directory

Maybe one could add a paragraph about how the /dev directory can be added, and it's purpose, to the "Writing Gleam" page.

Oh yes, we def want to have this taught to the user. I'm not sure immediately how to fit it into the narrative of this guide though...

You could be right about that the description may be placed better somewhere else, I just pinpointed it there since there was the directory listing of the "default" structure. It seems the use of the /dev directory has been available since 1.11 or so but I could not find anything about it except in the CHANGELOG.
