Add /chat completions endpoint for Glide Agent

Would love to get something like the OpenAI Chat Completions API for the Glide Agent.

So the thought here at the time where we were exploring data studio was that if our agent was available generically via a chat completions API that we could more easily build a player-side experience around that.

Like to build a Q&A data analysis experience around, for example.

Mostly it was an exercise in trying to understand how we could externalize our agent via API endpoints and make its capabilities available to other experiences that might leverage its internal capabilities.

Oh, this will be done by exposing the agent as an MCP server. Would love to prototype in Q3!
