disable glide when number of slides = perView only on desktop?

i am using type carousel here.. i want to keep it this way that glide disables only on desktop when number of slides are less than the perView set in the settings for that breakpoint. right now if i set perView as 3 and if i only have 2 slides, I see 1st slide's clone, which i want to avoid..
i can totally disable the glide by checking how much slides and what perView i have but then it also disables mobile and tablet which have different perView set..
can anything be done here?
