Pause before submitting re-review

I just ran the plan review on a spec document. It's now prompting me asking me to fix and re-review

Can we have a "Fix all and then stop" option? I want to be able to make edits after its fixed before I send it back to the review agent.

This is a regression actually, should never ask for confirmation, I will check it out, thanks for the report. In addition I'll look into adding a condition for your use case.
