Command line mode?

Is it possible to run the application from command line?
I would like to batch process on an image sequence to see if it produces anything usable for video.

I have a command line mode of this program, I was just about to ask if someone wanted it. I'm not sure if this repo is dead.

Well, I no longer need it as I found another tool that I worked with for my project. But there's always someone who might find it useful.

Glad to hear it!, The changes are in my fork, I didn't add every parameter just the file names.
