cli: validate remote pipeline does not support example output flag

see title, run vela validate pipeline --remote and you receive a memory address response (its own problem).

use --output json as is described in the example and you get

  $ vela validate pipeline --remote --org MyOrg --repo MyRepo --output json

FATA[0000] flag provided but not defined: -output
